Like partnering with an accountant or interior designer, working with a travel advisor brings expertise and perspective, helping you move forward confidently and make the most of your time and investment.

Start by filling out our contact form with a few details about your trip, including your destination, travel dates, budget, and what you’re hoping to experience.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your trip details and be in touch to schedule a complimentary consultation call based on your needs and our availability. During the call, we’ll get to know your travel style, preferences, past travel experiences, and what you’re hoping for from your next trip.
After our conversation, we’ll provide a customized quote for our travel planning fee based on the level of service your trip requires.
2. Secure your spot
Once your fee is paid, you're added to our travel calendar.
Upon authorization of your travel planning fee, we dive into the good stuff - aka, the travel design process.
Whether it be a full-service VIP planning experience, a hotels-only look-book, partial planning assistance, airport transfers and more - we build your trip out to be exactly what you want.
3. Pack & go
We handle your bookings, so all you have to do is pack.
The best part! As soon as you're happy with the travel proposal(s), and we've made any edits needed, we arrange the bookable elements into a detailed invoice for your authorization.
With your green light, we process and arrange all of your reservations and bookings for the trip, so all you need to do is pack your suitcase and hop on that flight. Easy, peasy, ELx breezy.
